Newell was limited to just four minutes Sunday due to a quad injury, finishing with one rebound and one block. The rookie will likely be re-evaluated on Monday ahead of the Atlanta Hawks’ injury report for Tuesday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers. If he's unavailable, Mouhamed Gueye would likely pick up a few extra minutes off the bench.
