A diehard Canadian sports fan, though not a fan of any Canadian sports teams. I can thank my Father for not instilling me with the Toronto team fandoms at a young age. When he moved here in the 70s from Europe he wanted to fit in, and guys like Bobby Orr, Larry Bird, and many of the Dallas Cowboys were all the hype back then. Luckily, I told him I wanted one team where we could root against each-other, so I abandoned his Orioles for my Red Sox and never looked back.
