Fantasy Impact: Schefter added that Rice “has not engaged in conduct that violates the personal conduct policy” and the investigation into accusations from his former girlfriend is now closed. It appears he will be in line to play all of next season. The question for Rice's fantasy value now comes down to if Patrick Mahomes (knee) will be ready for the start of the season.
