FantasyPros
Last year was a disappointing season for Lamar and the Ravens offense, but the team has been very intentional this off-season on fixing the receiving corps to give Jackson some support. While I don't believe that we're going to see a complete offensive transformation here like what Buffalo did in 2020, we could see Baltimore lean on their passing game a little bit more to open things up. We've seen the upside with Jackson before when he hit 36 passing touchdowns in 2019 to go along with his 1,206 rushing yards. While I'm not banking on him hitting those historic numbers in 2021, there's a world in which he gets back to dominating for fantasy football with the new additions around him. The only concern is that Jackson has been vocal about his hesitancy about the COVID-19 vaccine, which puts him at a higher risk to miss game action this season due to an exposure, etc. This shouldn't be used as a method to completely write him off for fantasy football, but if you're torn between him and another QB that you know has received the vaccine, that could be a useful tiebreaker. Otherwise, he's a top-5 QB for 2021.Rodgers had a ridiculously high TD rate last year of 9.1%, which was up from 4.6% in 2019. While it's natural to expect that average to come down this season, it's still the same supporting cast and system that Rodgers had last year. He still has Davante Adams to throw to in the red zone and Robert Tonyan emerged as a reliable receiving option as well. While we shouldn't expect 48 touchdowns from him again this season, he could easily eclipse 35 touchdowns in 2021. If that's the case, he's a fine investment at his price point.

Sleepers and Busts
Lamar "Action" Jackson disappointed owners in 2020 mainly because they took him too early, but he's still very talented and the fastest guy on the field. His rushing yards add up quickly in the fantasy box score. He had 1,000 yards and he missed a game- incredible! The Ravens improved offensive line should help. He's Michael Vick 2.0. Jackson will be cheaper on draft day this year which I like. Probably because I'm cheap haha!Rodgers is back and the Packers offense is off life support. This ranking is solely about the respect I have for Rodgers. He's one of, if not, arguably the best QB to ever play in the NFL. He's the most accurate QB on the run I've ever seen. Aaron has pinpoint precision. He had a career year in 2020. The odds are his stats probably go down a bit. However, the major concern, and it's a big one, is can the Packers o-line protect him? All pro LT David Baktiari tore his acl in late Dec 2020. it's unlikely he returns, either in time, or as effective as last year. All-pro C Corey Linsley signed with the L.A. Chargers in free agency. That's 2 all-pros and 40% of the Packers offensive line in doubt. The good news is State Farm probably hooked up Aaron with some decent life insurance as gratitude for all of those commercials he's done for them. Rodgers! Discount double check!

FantasyPros
The 2019 MVP became the first quarterback to ever run for 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons last year, but his fantasy campaign was still viewed as a disappointment by many. Jackson's passing TD rate regressed as we expected, dropping from an outlier 9.0% mark in '19 down to 6.9% in 2020. The Ravens spent the first half of the year trying to "take the next step" with their offense, but box score struggles led to them getting back to the basics down the stretch. Now equipped with Rashod Bateman (eventually) and Sammy Watkins, Jackson is set up with the best receiving corps of his career. He's another high-floor, high-ceiling QB1 option come draft day.10 years ago, Rodgers would be going as a top-three quarterback in fantasy football. Our game has grown sharper since then, however, so we can easily point towards his unsustainable touchdown rate from 2020 (9.1%) and know that regression is coming. Here's the thing, though. Rodgers isn't going as a top-three fantasy QB. He's available in the QB7-9 range of drafts. After years of operating as an out-of-structure gunslinger under Mike McCarthy, Rodgers finally embraced Matt LaFleur's system. The results were fantastic, and while he won't keep playing at as high of a level in 2021, he's a fantastic late-round QB option.

With his playing status no longer in "Jeopardy!", Rodgers should get right back to his brand of efficient gunslinging football in 2021 his "Last Dance" season. Will he reach his 9.1% touchdown rate he notched last season? Probably not. He'll still be wildly efficient and accurate, the Packers will score a ton of points, and will be because of #12. He's a perfect quarterback to grab in fantasy drafts after the Wilson/Herbert tier comes off the board.

The past two seasons, he's averaged 10.6 FAN PPG in rushing stats alone - that's the ultimate cheat code, especially for a QB that's also averaged 31 TD passes in that span

FantasyPros
Do you know how many times Jackson has finished with fewer than 16.5 fantasy points since taking the starting job in 2019? Four. He's posted 21.3 or more fantasy points in 22-of-30 games during that stretch, which is flat-out ridiculous. Since becoming the starter two years ago, he's posted QB1-type numbers in 76.7 percent of his games. The only other quarterback who's posted higher than 64.8 percent in their career is Patrick Mahomes, who's sitting at 69.6 percent. On top of that, Jackson now got better weapons to throw to, yet some are ranking him as the fourth-best quarterback in fantasy? Not me. Jackson should be in the conversation to be the first quarterback off the board.I was all aboard the value train with Rodgers last year, but now that he's coming off his 2020 MVP campaign, he's going to be drafted higher than I'm willing to go. Why? His touchdown rate was 9.1 percent in 2020. Every quarterback who's ever finished with a touchdown rate of 8.5 percent or more has regressed the following season. If we dial that number back to Rodgers' career mark of 6.3 percent, which is still elite, he would've finished as the QB10 instead of the QB2 that he did. He doesn't offer mobility anymore and his offense isn't what we'd describe as "pass heavy." Don't forget that many left him for dead after the 2019 season when he posted QB1-type numbers just 31.3 percent of the time. There's probably an in-between here, but that's the issue: I'm unwilling to pay for last year's performance. In reality, he's a safe QB1 who requires an ultra-high touchdown-rate to finish top-five. The same can be said about Tom Brady, who is likely to come a few rounds later in drafts.

Packer Report
Aaron Rodgers had a career year in 2020 throwing for 4,299 yards and 48 TDs which led to him winning his 3rd MVP award. Not only will Rodgers have superstar WR, Davante Adams to rely on, but the Packers also traded for former Packers WR, Randall Cobb giving him the slot WR he needed. I expect another huge season from Rodgers.

Dynasty League Football
The Ravens recognized the lack of reliable pass-catchers and addressed this problem in the offseason, snagging veteran Sammy Watkins and drafting Rashod Bateman in the first round. Providing him more weapons in the passing game ultimately can unlock further potential. Between an improved receiving core and his dangerous rushing ability, Jackson is a lock for a top-ten QB finish, and THE overall QB1 as a distinct possibility.

FantasyPros
Most fantasy managers expected significant regression from Jackson last year, and they certainly got it, especially early on. Through Week 11, Jackson averaged just 20.3 fantasy points per game, 12th-most among quarterbacks. From that point on, he averaged 27.7 fantasy points per game, most in the league. A large part of his success later in the year was the increase in his rushing yardage, as he went from averaging 57.5 rushing yards per game in the first 11 weeks to 86 rushing yards per game over his final five contests. Jackson will likely continue to rely on his legs plenty, but he'll also have new weapons, including rookie Rashod Bateman and Sammy Watkins. Add it all together and Jackson should provide an incredibly high floor with the upside to finish as the No. 1 quarterback overall again if everything breaks perfectly.

FantasyPros
Lamar Jackson was never going to duplicate his 2019 season, he did well to finish 2020 with 341.78 fantasy points in 15 games or 22.79 fantasy points per game. He should be an elite fantasy QB again in 2021 with the upgrades they made at wide receiver this offseason. The big question is will he play in Green Bay. It looks like there is going to be a standoff between Rodgers and the GM and landing spot will impact his 2021 fantasy ranking. For now, he is an elite QB1 coming off a MVP season playing for one of the best offenses in the NFL.
Joe Pisapia
FantasyPros
It would have been impossible for Lamar Jackson to duplicate his lofty 2019 performance of 420 fantasy points. For the first 11 weeks, it seemed like a combination of the league catching up to the Ravens' scheme and the Ravens being cautious with their best weapon. What resulted were lackluster results. After a Week 12 absence, Jackson posted 80 or more rushing yards in 4 of his last five games, where he finished as a QB1 in each of those final five contests. A more confident Lamar Jackson, coming off exercising playoff demons, is one you should be aggressive on in 2021. After all, it is only his fourth year in the league, and he's still an elite fantasy QB.Aaron Rodgers had an elite level season, but at 38 this year, it's better to think of him as just a hair behind that top 5 group. He threw for a league-high 48 TDs and just five picks while posting 4,299 yards passing and 387 fantasy points. Everything broke right for Rodgers in 2020. Well, except for the NFC Championship game. Oh, and the fact he's "disgruntled" with the organization. It's important not to lose sight of the fact that Rodgers threw for 25 TDs in '18 and 26 TDs in '19. The 48 seems like a pretty colossal outlier at this stage in his career. He had a three-week period where he threw for 15 TDs. Rodgers will give you consistently solid QB play and is still a reliable, upper-tier QB in fantasy. It would be foolish to bid on 2020 as though it was repeatable. Davante Adams had a lot to do with Rodgers' success. If Adams should suffer any injury again, Rodgers' value would immediately take a massive hit. This is the significant difference between Rodgers and a QB like Matt Ryan, who has more weapons at his disposal. For the second year in a row, Green Bay failed to bring in a complementary WR of note, although bringing back Aaron Jones is beneficial to the offense.

BRoto Fantasy
Despite the narrative that Lamar Jackson "can't throw" his throws have consistently produced fantasy points. He has ranked 2nd and 11th overall in True Throw Value (a BRoto Fantasy Exclusive Stat that measures a QB's fantasy efficiency through the air) and continues to dominate on the ground. The new era of mobile QBs is here and Jackson is a godfather.A pissed-off Aaron Rodgers is a great Aaron Rodgers, and boy does he seem angry. It's hard to rank Rodgers at this point, not knowing if he will still be a Packer in Week 1, but wherever he ends up, he is going to have a chip on his shoulder the size of a Green Bay wheel of cheese. I'm going to be betting on that a motivated Rodgers, just like I did last season.
