FantasyPros
There's only one running back over the last five years who's finished top-six three times, and that's Elliott. Oddly enough, he's never finished as No. 1 though. The Cowboys passing offense just got better with the addition of CeeDee Lamb, and while that may put a cap on Elliott's targets in the passing game, he should be free to rock against seven-man fronts. He saw eight-plus defenders in the box 19.3 percent of the time last year, a number that may dip down into the single digits, provided the Cowboys go three-wide more often than not. Stop trying to find "the next big thing," because Elliott has proven time and time again that he's among the safest picks at the top of the draft. He's posted RB2 or better numbers in 92.9 percent of his career games, which is better than any running back I've ever charted. In fact, the closest is Le'Veon Bell, who's hit that mark 87.0 percent of the time. There's just one running back who's had a higher "boom" percentage (25-plus PPR points) than Kamara over the course of their careers, and that's Christian McCaffrey. Kamara has now topped 25 PPR points in 14 of his 45 career games, which is quite ridiculous. His 2019 season was easily his worst to date, though he still finished as the RB12 despite missing two games. The Saints offense continues to groove, and though Drew Brees is still playing great football, his arm strength is declining, which could lead to more targets than every for Kamara, who's averaged 6.7 targets per game over the first three years in a Saints uniform. Provided he doesn't get hurt, Kamara is a near-lock to finish as a top-six running back.

The Athletic
Perhaps nobody has a higher fantasy floor than EZE, who has the most games of 10+ FAN PTS since 2016 (53, out of a total of 56 games played)Top 4 RB in each of 1st 2 NFL seasons before health and loss of QB Brees for 5 games helped sink him to RB No. 9 in '19 - give him a mulligan
Elliot Berkovits
Pack to the Future
Elliott had another stellar season last year and is in position to do it once again in 2020. The Cowboys offense has only gotten better this offseason with the addition of CeeDee Lamb. I don't expect the coaching change to affect Elliott's workload all that much making him the safest player in fantasy behind only McCaffreyKamara seems like one of the safest players in fantasy as long as he's on the field. Three consecutive years recording 81 receptions is incredible and Drew Brees is going to continue to target him constantly. My only fears are injury-related. If Kamara plays 16 games in 2020 he will easily finish as a top-5 back.
Justin Dodds
Locked In Football
Zeke has finished as a top 5 RB in every season that he's played 15 games or more in both standard and PPR formats. Having never missed extended time due to injury in his career, Zeke is about as safe of a pick that you're going to get in the first round of your draft.Despite going from 18 TDs to 6 TDs, Kamara still finished as the RB9 in FP/g in half PPR and the RB8 in FP/g in PPR while playing through injuries. If you give him the same amount of TDs he got in his rookie year (13), he would've gotten 42 (7x6) more fantasy points which would've put his half PPR total at 250 fpts, good for RB7 in half PPR and RB5 in PPR. Kamara with those totals would've averaged 17.9 fpts (250/14) and 21.4 fpts (300/14). Those totals would've been good for RB5 (0.5PPR) and RB2 (PPR). I expect Kamara to have closer to 13 TDs rather than 6 TDs, so use your first round pick on him confidently.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Elliott had 1,777 yards from scrimmage and 14 touchdowns last year. There is always concern that a new coaching staff could change his usage, but given the size of his contract and OC Kellen Moore being retained to call plays, it seems likely he will have similar RB1 value in 2020.Kamara was pretty disappointing in 2019, considering he was a Top-3 fantasy pick. He finished the year with 1,330 yards from scrimmage, but just 6 touchdowns. I think he is likely to rebound in 2020 and he should have RB1 value.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
Ezekiel Elliott remains a ridiculously consistent fantasy running back after his fourth consecutive top 5 PPG finish. Unfortunately, he just doesn't get quite the same amount of volume and team focus with Cooper and Gallup in town. The inclusion of CeeDee Lamb won't help on that front but it should mean even fewer stacked fronts and more openings for Zeke to rumble into. The key to a big Elliott season though is the overall effectiveness of this offence. Zeke dominates the Cowboys red zone touches with a league leading 73 last year. If the Cowboys spend more time in scoring areas that can only help their workhorse RB. Draft Elliott as your RB3 I know you've got a locked-in fantasy RB without the injury risk of Dalvin Cook.Alvin Kamara had an absolute shocker in 2019. Despite no change in his rushing and receiving opportunities, Kamara dropped five points a game. There are myriad reasons for this massive change but most of them suggest a rebound is on the cards. Kamara battled knee and ankle injuries throughout last season and these really lowered his usually incredible efficiency and effectiveness. His TD numbers dropped by nearly a TD a game as well, which played a significant part in his drop in points. These should mostly regress, but it is worth noting his red zone looks halved last year and that will have an impact if things. Ultimately he's a great rebound candidate but he does come with some very real risk that places him clearly behind the elite three of CMC, Saquon and Zeke, battling with Cook in their own tier.

Ezekiel Elliott with a coronavirus update: "I would say I had maybe one or two days when I felt symptoms. Even then, it wasn't too bad. I had a cough and a little bit of shortness of breath. Now, I feel good. I feel normal." @jonmachota Zeke is the definition of consistent for fantasy. Last season he was at least an RB2 EVERY SINGLE WEEK. He was an RB1 in 9 of those weeks, with the other 7 weeks being an RB2. @ZtwiceFFAlvin Kamara scored 106 less PPR points in 2019 than 2018. 84 of them were due to him only finding the endzone 6 times instead of 18 in 2018. -1,592 yards in from scrimmage in 2018 and 1,330 in 2019 -Caught the same amount of passes at 81 -Only had 2 TDs heading into Week 16
Kyle Yates
FantasyPros
Ezekiel Elliott has finished in the top-5 each of the past two seasons and may be one of the safest RBs to draft. As long as he's healthy, he'll see over 300 touches and that's exactly what you want from a top-5 redraft pick. You can draft Zeke with confidence yet again this season.Alvin Kamara saw his total touchdowns drop from 18 in 2018 to 5 in 2019. This was, in large part, due to nagging injuries that he dealt with all season long. Assuming that Kamara's fully healthy again, he's an amazing bounce-back candidate and could even go off the board in the first three picks of your draft.
Seth Miller
Crossroads Fantasy Football
Mike McCarthy's RB usage in the pass game his last 3 years in GB: 2018 - 73 targets(12 games), 2017 - 83 targets, 2016 - 88 targets. That was typically with a 3 headed monster. I would assume Zeke is going to demand the large share of targets. He's averaged 83 over his last 2 seasons so potentially no new value here, unless Kellen Moore does something? Mike could get in trouble if he continues running the ball at the pace he did in GB though. 29th, 27th, and 32nd in the league his last 3 years, not gonna jive with a back that's averaged 292 carries a season since entering the league. He's really been the same, consistent player since entering the league. 725-900 yards on the ground. 81 receptions EVERY.SINGLE.YEAR. The ups and downs have been based on health, TDs, and how productive he can be through the passing game.
