FantasyPros
Last year, Brown was only the #12 VBD player overall after finishing #1 in 2015, as running back depth took a huge hit and his yardage dropped 550 from the year before. If Big Ben can stay upright, we should see him return to the top 5 this year so he is well worth a high first investment.Evans has seen his targets, receptions and yards increase each year of his career thus far. This year, the trend could change, however, as the Bucs finally added some complimentary pieces which should cut into his targets. Still, he is a quality first round pick, but may be passed up by A.J. Green as the #4 wide receiver.

ScoutFantasy
He's the best, but he has a higher likelihood of losing his QB due to injury. Remember, when you draft a WR, you're also drafting his QB.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Brown had a down year for him, but there wasn't much room for him to exceed his previous three fantasy finishes. He's still easily in the top-wide receiver conversation and even the top-overall-pick conversation, as the Steelers' offense should remain strong.Evans was a consistent touchdown scorer last season and should continue to be that for the Buccaneers this year as they will continue to search for play-makers on offense.
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
Pretty great "down" year for Brown in 2016 (106/1,284/12) in 15 games; most durable and highest floor of the top tier WRs.7.6 YPT just 28th in N.F.L. in 2016, production due to league-leading 173 targets; imposing red-zone threat but only 11th in RZ targets last season (19), D-JAX and OJ Howard could eat into his targets.

QB List
I don't know that I have to do much convincing to tell you that Brown is the best wide receiver in football, and probably the best player in fantasy football. His 2015 stats were insane, and while his stats went down a little in 2016, he still finished the year with 106 catches, 1,284 yards, and 12 touchdowns, and that was in a season that Ben Roethlisberger missed time. He's a no-brainer top pick.Evans has the size and talent to be one of the absolute best receivers in all of football, he just has to stay focused and he needs help. Last year, having Jameis Winston at the helm helped a lot, giving Evans a career best in yards and a tied career-best in touchdowns. Now, adding DeSean Jackson and O.J. Howard to the offense should help take some of the pressure off of Evans, poising him to be equally as productive as last year, if not more productive. He's not going to get the target-share he got last year given the added weapons, but he'll still be a major red zone target.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
He's still probably the most talented WR in the league and missed the #1 spot by 7 fantasy pts last yearYour top WR a year ago probably won't repeat but his role and red-zone ability should keep him in the running.
Brandon Funston
Fantasy Spin
If Big Ben hadn't missed 2 games, and if Brown hadn't missed his 1st game since '12, we'd likely be talking about him finishing as the top fantasy WR for his 3rd straight season - as it was, his No. 3 WR finish in '16 still wasn't too shabbyWith D-Jax now in TB, Evans may not get a NFL-high target share this season,

RotoExperts
Only an injury to Ben Roethlisberger will slow down AB 84. Auction Value $40 The addition of DeSean Jackson and O.J. Howard will make Evans highly efficient and heavily targeted. Auction Value $38
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's now four straight seasons where Brown has finished as a top-seven wide receiver, including two seasons as the No. 1 receiver. He's averaged 1,579 yards and 10.8 touchdowns in that span, and keep in mind that he posted his two best seasons while Martavis Bryant was on the field with him. It's fair to say that Evans' sophomore season with just three touchdowns was an outlier, as he's scored 12 in each of his other two seasons. Had he scored his usual 12 touchdowns in 2015, he would have finished as the No. 7 wide receiver. Combine that with his No. 1 finish last year and No. 10 finish in 2014, and you have a safe first-round pick.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Guaranteed top-5 WR, baring injury. The other pieces to the offense are going to relieve double coverage some. His targets will go down, but his efficiency should rise because of it.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Brown has been 1st, 1st and 3rd among fantasy receivers the last 3 years and he should continue to be the most consistent fantasy receiver.Evans actually led all fantasy receivers in points scored in 2016 and he should still see a ton of targets in 2017 as the best receiver playing with emerging QB Jameis Winston.
