FantasyPros
There may not be more of a value in all of fantasy football ADP right now than Ridley. He's connected to one of the best offenses in the NFL and he's essentially a lock to see over 115 targets if he plays all 16 games. At his current ADP, Ridley's a home run selection and has the potential of finishing the season as a WR1.Unfortunately, Samuel recently suffered an injury that puts his availability for the beginning of the NFL season in jeopardy. He now has more competition at the position for targets too with Brandon Aiyuk and Trent Taylor back in the fold. Samuel's a WR4 with upside right now, in my opinion.

Matt Ryan has supported 2 Top 24 PPR WRs four times in his career. Amongst active QBs, only Aaron Rodgers has more seasons of supporting 2 Top 24 WRs. @ClutchFantasy He's been pegged as a potential breakout player this year on one of the pass-heaviest offense in the league. Weeks 1-14 last season, he was the WR14 overall. @SWallace_FFDeebo Samuel suffered a broken foot on Tuesday (6/16) during a throwing session with teammates in Nashville and will be having surgery. It is being reported as a Jones fracture, and that he should be able to be on the field early in the season. That doesn't add up for me, Jones fractures are NOT good or easy recovery, in fact they often need a second surgery from what I understand. I'm staying away.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Prior to getting hurt and having his season cut short, Ridley was on pace for 1,066 yards and eight touchdowns in 2019, which would have had him as the WR14. Now going into his third NFL season, there's a real chance for a breakout, though Julio Jones isn't going away any time soon. If you want to know if there's room for both to be WR1s, look no further than the Bucs last year with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, though it's rare for that to happen. Still, Ridley is an ascending talent and the Falcons didn't add a receiver of significance to replace Mohamed Sanu.It was odd to see Samuel finish as a top-30 wide receiver last year, because it didn't feel that way throughout the year. He saw just 81 targets and had just two games with more than eight targets. The 49ers offense is going to be run-heavy, but Samuel will be the go-to guy when they do drop back to pass. He's also included in the run-game, as evidenced by his 159 rushing yards and three touchdowns last year. It's tough to see him having a true breakout season, especially when he suffered a broken foot during offseason training. The rumor is that he may not even be ready for Week 1 of the season. When a pass-catcher has foot surgery in the same calendar year, it usually means bad things for fantasy purposes. You may want to wait until 2021 to invest a redraft pick on the young receiver.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
Samuel suffered a broken foot (a Jones fracture, near the mid-point of the foot) on June 16th and had surgery that same day. He's been given a 10-week timetable for his return to action - six weeks for the fracture to heal plus four weeks to gradually return to playing shape - which would put him back to full speed in late-August and on track to start the season with the 49ers. It's worth noting, however, that Trent Taylor suffered an identical injury last year and, because of issues during the surgery, wound up missing the season. There's no reason to expect an identical fate for Samuel, but it's a cautionary tale that warrants consideration as we head into draft season. For now, it's worth considering drafting Samuel as a borderline WR3, but that ranking will likely shift depending on how the news of his recovery plays out.

A broken foot has me dropping him well outside of my top-30 WRs.

The Athletic
No 13 WR in FAN PPG from Weeks 10-17 - SF not a pass-heavy attack, but will likely open up a little more for in 2020, with Deebo and TE Kittle hogging those targets
Seth Miller
Crossroads Fantasy Football
Getting out targeted by Austin Hooper in the same amount of games can't feel great. Has been a TD king up to this point. My only small worry for guys like Ridley and McLaurin. They come out as seniors, basically fully developed, and we expect them to continue taking large steps forward when they most likely came out of college as more of a finished product, near their ceiling. However, now that Hooper has left, I would expect a better season, just based on target volume.A little worried about the ceiling anyone can have on the passing side in the way this current offense is set up. They've gone from to 2nd, 20th, and 29th in passing the last 3 years while moving up from 22nd, to 11th, and then 2nd in rushing attempts. This is the offense that Shanahan has built and I'm not sure anyone besides Kittle will lead the team in targets and Kittle barely got over 100 this year. His YAC ability will have to pave his way to success. The Pros: Sanders AVG 5.3 TGT/GAME with the 49ers over 10 weeks. During that time, Deebo was WR18, scoring less than 12 fantasy points only twice in that span. As much as Aiyuk might be a pest, to give him the same target volume as what Sanders earned would put him at 3 more targets his rookie year than what Deebo logged. Bringing Aiyuk in was more indicative of the other supporting WRs and exit of Sanders. A sneaky rushing base also helps boost Deebo's base. And while maintaining a strong run to pass ratio is what any team wants, we can't assume they will be bottom 10 in the league in pass ATT in 2020 again.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Ridley was solid with 900 yards from scrimmage and 7 touchdowns, but he needs to work on consistency to be more than a WR3.
