FantasyPros
The Vikings had a horrible run / pass ratio that they seemed to correct toward the end of the season. Cook will be a year removed from his ACL tear and he should be a low-end RB1. It will also help that RB Latavius Murray is in New Orleans and he will not be taking away as many carries from Cook this year.Henry carries some risk in 2019, because the bulk of his production came in Week 13-17, when he had 97 rushing attempts for 625 yards, 6.44 yards per carry and 7 TDs. I would value him as a RB2 until he shows he can be a bell cow back for an entire season.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
We've yet to see Cook stay healthy throughout an NFL season, but that's not stopping drafters from taking him with a pick inside the first two rounds. The Vikings are a high-powered offense who upgraded their offensive line this offseason, so the appeal is justified. The Vikings did draft Alexander Mattison in the third-round, so they're obviously concerned about the depth behind Cook, but he's the starter as long as he's healthyAre the Titans ready to promote Henry to a workhorse role? That's doubtful considering Dion Lewis is still on the roster and they're not paying him close to $5 million this year to sit on the bench and be a cheerleader. Henry deserves more touches, that much is certain, but what happens when the Titans fall behind in a game? Lewis is far-and-away the better pass-catcher, which means Henry will be gamescript-dependent. If you believe the Titans are contenders and will finish with a winning record, that's a vote of confidence for Henry, though it's hard to say that with any confidence. He's the ultimate boom-or-bust running back, which is why he's best-suited as an RB2
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
The Vikings want to run the ball and a healthy Cook is dynamic. He's worth a dice roll in late round one or early round 2Henry figures to have a big role, but a lack of versatility has me a little gun shy.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
Cook oozes talent and could easily be a top-five fantasy back if he were in the right situation. And there are positives for him playing in Minnesota, such as the Vikings' focus on the run in the second half last year which should likely continue this season. But Alexander Mattison and Mike Boone remain and will likely cut into Cook's workload. Add to this that he has played just 15 games over his first two seasons because of injuries and there are plenty of downsides to consider. Still, Cook makes an RB1, without question, and so long as he is healthy, he should deliver quality fantasy production.Henry did almost nothing for the vast majority of last season, and was dropped in plenty of leagues. But he went ballistic over the last four games, carrying owners to championships and likely earning himself a bigger role in 2019. He's dealt with leg issues all preseason, and Dion Lewis should remain a part of the offense. Plus, Henry does nothing in the passing game, making him somewhat of a liability in PPR leagues. But he's still an RB2 in standard leagues, as his end-of-year dominance shows just how much upside he has.
Kevin Wheeler
Draftwize
Derrick Henry combined to total 78.0 fantasy points across just two games last season (Weeks 14-15). Those two games made up a whopping 38% of his total fantasy points for the year. Outside of those two games, he averaged just 8.9 fantasy points per game. This was the difference between him finishing 22nd and 45th at the position in fantasy points per game. @ScottBarrettDFB
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Cook may have finished with fewer than 1,000 yards in a disappointing season last year but over the final four weeks when he appeared to finally be 100%, the Vikings gave him 72 touches. Keep in mind, he showed the ability to handle a full workload in 2017 prior to his injury with 71 touches in just 3 games so we may be looking at this year's breakout star.Henry is back on the field after his strained calf, but it may be something that returns with the grind of an NFL game. After the way he performed to close out the season, there is no doubting that Tennessee will actually use Henry as the primary back all season, however. He might lead the league in rushing yards, as he can be a workhorse, but without much help on offense, the touchdowns probably won't accompany the yards, nor will any receiving production, limiting his fantasy ceiling substantially.
Brandon Funston
The Athletic
If you tell me Cook will play 16 games, he's in my Top 10 RBs. I'm ranking him with the idea that a couple/few DNPs are a real possibilityEpic run in final 4 games of '18 (146.3 rush YPG, 7 rush TDs) has some dreaming of things to come - but let's not let 4 games wipe away 42 other games that show he's a wiggle-less power runner with no pass game upside
Michael Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Cook, just like Mixon, is a late second round pick being drafted at the end of the first/early second. He played 4 games his rookie season and 11 games last season, so he is clearly extremely injury prone. He had one game ALL of last season with over 16 carries. As long as Henry is being handed the ball 20+ times a game, he will be well worth his ADP. That's no guarantee, but all signs point to Tennessee being a ground and pound team this year. Game script could be Henry's downfall if the Titans trail early and often, bringing pass catching back, Dion Lewis into the game.
Rich Piazza
Fantasy Shed
There isn't any questioning his workload, talent & upside, and that is exactly why he's ranked where his is. Just keep in mind, he hasn't been able to stay healthy and has had similar rankings / ADP the past two seasons, where he has failed to return that value.
Jason Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Cook's last four games last season extrapolated over an entire 16 game season would result in a rushing line of 1,212 and 8TDs with a receiving line of 444 rushing yards and 4 TDs. Kubiak is bringing in an outside zone running scheme and Cook has had his most success in his young career in that scheme.

Fantasy Football Advice
Dalvin Cook has played in just 15 games over his first two seasons, so durability is absolutely a concern. Sports injury predictor has him as an elevated injury risk, and I have to agree. He's suffered a shoulder tear, an ankle sprain, another shoulder tear, a torn ACL, and two pulled hamstrings. When he's been on the field he's been electric. Cook has a career 4.7 YPC, including 3 yards per carry after contact last season. He's also shown his receiving upside with 3 or more receptions in 73% of his career games. While injuries are a concern, the Vikings improved their offensive line by drafting Garrett Bradbury in the first round. He's going to help out a ton, and should make them a better run blocking unit than they were last season. Cook is going to see massive volume as long as he can stay healthy. He's certainly a risky early round pick, but he's also one that could pay off big time.Derrick Henry is one of the most polarizing players in fantasy football. Unfortunately, I don't have a strong take for or against Henry. I believe that the end of last season was likely the best run of his career, but that he's capable of matching that performance for stretches going forward. He finished last season with a disgusting 87/585/7 stat line over the final FOUR WEEKS! That was 6.72 yards per carry across 87 carries!. Now, most of that was from the crazy Jaguars game. In fact, he went over 95 rushing yards just twice last season, and was under 60 rushing yards in every game from weeks 1-12. I'll even do you one further. Henry has under 95 rushing yards in 91% of his career regular season games, and less than 3 targets in that same percentage. It's not all bad for Henry though. He was PFF's third rated RB last season, ranked second in yards per carry after contact, 3rd in elusiveness rating, and 3rd in percent of carries that gained positive yardage. Henry is a good RB, and it's shocking that he's never been given the opportunity to be the bell cow. Henry has more than 19 carries in just 6% of his career regular season games. I expect that to increase this season. The Titans should improve as an offense with the addition of A.J. Brown, and the return of Delanie Walker. The receptions won't be there, so he's going to be volatile, but Henry has massive weekly upside in any format...and I wouldn't be shocked if he posts a 1,300/13 stat line this season.
