FantasyPros
When you watch as much football as I do, you see some things that some people may have missed. When it comes to Jackson, he and Jameis Winston were just a touch off on connecting for multiple 40-plus yard touchdowns, which would have dramatically changed how fantasy players valued him this offseason. There were four passes that I can recall right now that were within a yard or two of his hands that might turn into long touchdowns this year. Even in what was a "down year" for him, he produced WR3 numbers 50 percent of the time, which ranked 33rd among wide receivers. The lone thing that could get in the way of those numbers is Chris Godwin, who is someone who might start opposite Mike Evans in 2WR sets, and that would cripple Jackson's value. You need to pay attention to the depth chart as the preseason rolls along. He's on just a one-year deal with the Chargers now, so it's only natural to expect them to try and get last year's first-round draft pick Mike Williams more involved, though Tyrell will still be on the field a ton, as they run a lot of 3WR sets. With the Hunter Henry injury, it also opens up quite a bit of work, so Williams is likely to deliver a few big weeks, similar to the way he did last year.

QB List
DJax lives and dies by his QB play. Last I checked, it's either Ryan Fitzpatrick or Famous Jameis Winston, soooooooooo not looking good. Oh, and those injuries too.The oft-forgotten man in fantasyland, Williams has been a consistent deep threat for one of the few teams sporting consistently above average QB play via a frequently angry Philip Rivers. Williams received the 4th highest yards per target last season with decent hands and peak athleticism to capitalize on them, posting 728 yards and 4 TD's on a mere 43 receptions. This production landed him at #39 in standard leagues, a number well above his annual ADP. With broken-back Mike Williams and a consistently inconsistent Travis Benjamin the only barriers to his own consistency, drafting Williams in the late rounds could be the insurance policy you need to get through those brutal mid season bye weeks.
Andrew Gould
FantasyPros
Jackson mustered a career-low 47.7 YPG in Tampa Bay after ending his Washington tenure with his fifth career 1,000-yard season. He also tallied two of his three TDs and his only two games with double-digit targets playing alongside Ryan Fitzpatrick, so Jameis Winston's three-game suspension could actually boost the 31-year-old wideout's stock. Since Chris Godwin could threaten his role, Jackson is no more than a bench-depth matchup play better catered to Best Ball contests. Following a 1,059-yard, seven-TD breakout, Williams stumbled to 728 yards and four scores despite upping his catch rate (62.3 %) and yards per reception (16.9). He went from 69 catches to 69 targets with Keenan Allen stealing the show in Los Angeles, and Mike Williams could garner more playing time after an uneventful rookie season. Yet if still the Chargers's No. 2 WR, the older Williams could at least narrow the difference between his last two contrasting seasons.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Jackson has a good chance to improve on his 2017 numbers, but he will likely be inconsistent, especially with Chris Godwin taking on a bigger role this year. With no Hunter Henry and just Mike Williams and Travis Benjamin to compete with behind Keenan Allen, I like Tyrell Williams to end up as the No. 2 fantasy receiver on the Chargers.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Tyrell Williams' TD rate more than doubles when Hunter Henry is NOT playing; He scored 9 TDs in 9 games w/out the TE on the field. @GOATdistrict
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Each and every season Jackson is healthy, he has been flex-worthy at the very least, but that may change this year. It isn't just that he is getting older, but that the Bucs have so many weapons in the passing game for him to share the load with.Mike Williams is expected to start with Keenan Allen, but now that Hunter Henry is gone and the Chargers didn't replace him, we might end up seeing Williams get enough targets to monitor for fantasy purposes. There will be some weeks where he posts big numbers, so queue him up in best ball formats.

Jameis and Desean have made it a point to work on their chemistry this offseason; boom or bust weekly option with WR3 upside for the seasonWould be ranked much higher if Mike Williams wasn't more talented; gets boost with Henry gone for the season
