FantasyPros
Moore became a full-time player for the Panthers in Week 8 so we've already seen a glimpse of what he can offer. But how high is his consistency and what players was he comparable to once he did take over that starting job? His teammate Curtis Samuel saw nearly the same target share in those weeks and actually offered more constant production. Moore is the superior player, but he'll also see more top-tier cornerbacks than Samuel will. With Cam Newton's hit-or-miss accuracy, Moore will definitely have some duds thrown in, which is why he's best-suited as a WR3 on your fantasy teamPrior to tearing his ACL, Henry's career arc was moving in the right direction. His per-target production is through the roof as he's seen 115 targets in his career that have amounted to 81 receptions for 1,057 yards and 12 touchdowns. By comparison, Zach Ertz saw 156 targets in 2018 and finished with 1,163 yards and 8 touchdowns

Breaking Football
Philip Rivers knows how to utilize tight ends and Henry will be making up for lost time. He's a top-5 threat.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
Moore finished his rookie campaign strong, with a big uptick in targets and catches over the second half of the season. With Devin Funchess now in Indianapolis, Moore moves to the top target in Carolina, although Curtis Samuel makes a 1B to Moore's 1A. He's incredibly fast and talented, and the only real concern is Cam Newton's health, as he's already battling a foot sprain. But, if Newton is good to go, Moore should be a strong WR2.Henry was a popular breakout candidate last year until he tore his ACL and missed the entire regular season. He's been an excellent fantasy option throughout his career, and that's been almost entirely with Antonio Gates on the field. With Gates now out of the way, Henry should see a bevy of targets from Philip Rivers, who has targeted his tight ends early and often. That immediately vaults him into the top 10 of tight ends, and you shouldn't hesitate to take him in the top five if necessary.
Michael Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Really liked Hunter Henry at his ADP last season, but then he missed the entire season with a torn ACL and now he is being drafted at the same spot. It does scare me a bit. He was really coming into his own at the end of 2017 with over 50 receiving yards in 3 of his final 4 games and 2 TDs in that span with 16 receptions in those games. There are a lot of mouths to feed in San Diego though and the running backs basically combined to be a WR1 receiving last season.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Moore is the de facto number one receiver in Carolina and has upside to blossom into a high-end WR2 if everything goes right this year. Much of it will depend on whether or not Cam Newton's shoulder truly is healthy. It is tough to know just how strong Henry will be in his return from the injury but seeing that he was prepared to play in the playoffs, it seems likely that he will be nearly back to 100%. Prior to his injury, Henry was every bit as efficient as Rob Gronkowski and Travis Kelce at the top of the league. Now that he is actually the starter and should see a major bump in targets, he may just leap into that top tight end tier.
Nick Zylak
Fantasy Football Advice
Moore played in both of the games that Funchess missed last season. His stat lines were 8/91/0 and 4/81/0. Now, that's an extremely small sample size, but we need to consider were the targets are going in that offense. The majority of the targets will be disbursed between CMC/Moore/Samuel/Olsen. Aside from that it's just going to be small amounts of volume here and there. Moore has the 14th highest projection among WR's according to my model. I have him projected for 74/1181/4.8. He's also an extremely safe pick. He has the 5th lowest chance to miss time due to injury according to sports injury predictor, and there's a 0% chance he gets passed on the depth chart. If anything, Newton is going to be better than he was last season. Every single bit of data points towards Moore having a breakout season this year. Moore was a first round pick last season, and he boasts an 88th percentile height adjusted speed score, a 94th percentile burst score, an 89th percentile catch radius, a 92nd percentile SPARQ-x score, a 97th percentile college dominator rating, and a 98th percentile college breakout age. He also just turned 22 and is already the Panthers #1 WR. Moore was also 1st in the league in yac/rec among WR's with at least 30 receptions, and Newton had the highest adjusted yards per completion of his career when targeting Moore last season. We also need to look at how he closed last season. He saw 8+ targets in 5 of his last 7 weeks. I'll be drafting as much Moore as I can this season, and I suggest you do the same.Hunter Henry will return from a torn ACL he suffered last summer. Unlike players who suffered that injury during the season, Henry will be 100% to start the year. Henry put together two decent seasons before the injury, serving as both a receiving option and a red zone threat, even while Gates was still with the team. With Gates now long gone, Henry should be the teams top red zone option. This is also an offense that loves to throw the football. In 2017 they ranked 6th and 3rd in passing TD's and yards respectively. Last season those numbers were 8th and 11th. The Chargers have seemingly drawn the short straw on injuries in each of the past three seasons. In 2016 Keenan Allen tore his ACL, in 2017 Mike Williams injured his back and was limited to just one start, then Henry tore his ACL last season. At least for now, The Chargers offense is fully healthy. The core of Gordon/Allen/Henry/Williams is one of the best in the league, so they should be amongst the league leaders in TD's scored. While that's a positive for Henry (top red zone option on a top scoring offense), the plethora of options does mean that there will be some down weeks for all of these players. There are so many mouths to feed that sometimes they are going to under perform. At the end of the day, Henry is a top TE option, and someone I'd target in the middle rounds.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Moore probably could have had a better year if the team had involved him earlier and QB Cam Newton did not have a bum shoulder. He is a WR3, but he has a ton of upside in this offense. He will be the lead target with WR Devin Funchess now in Indianapolis. The nice thing about Henry playing in the playoffs is that we know he is healthy and he will be available for all OTA activities. Henry should bounce back as a TE1 coming off the ACL injury in May last year.
