OBJ averaged 12.3 fantasy points per game in the 4 games that he played, he should be back to 100% in 2018. Jones had only 3 touchdowns in 2017, but he did average 10.2 fantasy points per game. He is still a WR1, although I do not think he is worth a first round pick if he is not going to score double-digit touchdowns.
Andrew Gould
FantasyPros
Not even a fractured ankle can shove OBJ out of the first round. After all, he's averaging 106 receptions for 1,506 receiving yards and 12.9 TDs per 16 games. The Giants must have faith in a speedy recovery to award him a record-breaking extension, so he's too special to ignore near the Round 1/2 turn.Jones is a 6'3" pass-catching cyborg who received 11 targets inside the 10. He scored three times. He has yet to compile a double-digit touchdown campaign since 2012, so drafters can't ignore the issue when choosing their team's cornerstones. They also can't ignore his four straight 1,400-yard seasons, which elevated him to finish no lower than WR8 in standard or PPR. Simply pairing that production with six or seven TDs will pay off his No. 13 overall ADP.
Brandon Funston
The Athletic
His contract issues are officially behind him with his recently inked near $20-million per annum deal - Has averaged 94.1 YPG and has cashed 38 TDs in 47 career games, all before the age of 25 Red zone bad luck was ridiculous in '17 (1 TD on 11 targets inside 10-yard line) - NFL's perfect WR weapon should see a solid bounce-back in that category, to go along with his standard 90+ catches, 1,400+ rec. yards
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
You may want to draft Hopkins above Odell, but throughout their careers, Beckham has averaged an entire 2.5 fantasy points per game more. Even if you remove Osweiler from Hopkins' equation, Beckham still crushes him. The biggest knock against Beckham is the injuries he has seen.Don't buy into the narrative that Jones is either inconsistent or injury prone. He has been just a step behind Antonio Brown in both of those over the past several seasons and is a near-lock to return top-ten value at the position for the fifth consecutive season.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's now a 47-game sample size, so we have plenty of data to analyze him against. Beckham Jr. has posted WR1 numbers in 48.9 percent of those games, which is simply ridiculous. Just how ridiculous? Well, the closest wide receiver to his totals over the last 15 years is Julio Jones, who has hit the WR1 mark in 40.4 percent of his games. The addition of Saquon Barkley is likely to take away some of his massive potential, but he's still a generational talent that is going to be heavily involved. Don't overthink it, he's good. If you're fortunate to land Jones late in the first, consider yourself one lucky person. While some have said he's inconsistent, the numbers tell a different story. He's finished with WR1 numbers in 40.4 percent of his career games, which ranks second to only Odell Beckham Jr. since 2001. If you think he's too "boom or bust," the only players who have posted a higher WR3 percentage than his (73.4 percent) are Beckham Jr., Antonio Brown, A.J. Green, and Michael Thomas. He's a stud who is due for some positive touchdown regression. He might be the only one who can compete with Brown for the top wide receiver spot. While some will say Calvin Ridley could steal some targets, he will also put safeties away from Jones at times.
Staff Rankings
QB List
At #6 is the second most famous Mr. Drama. Aside from his emotional tendencies, Beckham has nearly every physical attribute one could ask for in an elite fantasy receiver, and he has shown 100% health in his return from a broken leg/ankle. However, the circumstances in which he plays caps what could be #1 receiver upside. His quarterback, Eli Manning, has long been consistently mediocre, his team has the makings of a solid #2 in Sterling Shepard and a star tight end in Evan Engram to soak up more targets, and the team just drafted some guy named Saquan Barkley to give the team an actual running game. These factors possibly impacting his target share and efficiency, without even mentioning a shaky Giants O-line, hold Beckham back to the #6 spot. The perennial fantasy stud slots in at #5 this year for me for two reasons: years of dents and dings which have slowed him down in-season cannot be ignored, and of course the extremely talented offensive group he plays within. While Jones dominated his offense last year, his team will be returning a healthy Devontae Freeman to the backfield AND adding first-round rookie Calvin Ridley to the mix with a frankly underrated #2 in Mohamed Sanu. Jones is still elite in every way, just not with the same elevated floor we've seen previously.
Jody Smith
FantasyPros
Beckham enters the final year of his rookie deal primed to lead all NFL wideouts in touchdown grabs. We should see a positive TD regression out of Jones, who struggled mightily in the red zone in the first season with Steve Sarkisian as the play caller. Wothy of No. 2 WR slotting, Jones is a nice value at the top of Round 2.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
With Shurmur as the Head Coach I expect Beckham to be getting allot of work from the slot, he moved Thielen and Diggs in and out of the slot interchangeably so I expect he'll do the same with Beckham and a combination of Shepard and Engram. This should provide Odell with somewhere in the range of 9-10 targets per game and get him away from blanket and/or bump and run coverage. Julio had 1,400 yards and plenty of red zone opportunity. If he wasn't on the (historically) negative side of TD variance, people would've thought very differently about his 2017 season. @Michael_Dubner He'll be 30 during the season this year, but he's the leading WR in yards per game by a solid amount. He's lacked TD upside his whole career, but is bound to rebound after only catching 1 TD in 18 redzone targets last year. I'll wait for a couple of boom weeks and sell high or ride him out as he collects 150 targets for the next 3-4 years. The Athletic's Jeff Schultz reports the Falcons have informed Julio Jones he will not receive a new contract this year. Jones skipped OTAs and minicamp to show displeasure with his contract, which makes him the league's eighth-highest-paid receiver. theathletic.com

A healthy Odell is a nightmare but contract woes and a regressing Eli curb him slightly for meContract woes are troubling but Jones should be a top 5 beast per usual

Manning still his QB keeps him among the elite in fantasy, especially behind improved line playRyan will remain maddenning for going away for Julio for what seems like quarters at a time but he will have enough big games to make up for it
