Pack to the Future
Allen has always been known for his consistency, especially in PPR formats with Philip Rivers targeting him all game long. Now, for the first time, Allen will be catching passes from someone other than Rivers. That has me nervous about his overall 2020 outlook. He still has a shot at finishing as a WR2 but I don't see much upside for Allen in 2020.Brown had an up and down rookie season where he dealt with injuries but also showed real potential when at 100%. Now he enters year two in the NFL and should be completely healthy giving him a chance to be a terrific mid-round value. My only concern for Brown is how much the Ravens run the football, that could hurt him a few times but over 16 games it's not a reason to avoid him.
Bart Wheeler
Hail to Fantasy Football
I keep moving him up my rankings. Might have to reach a round early to grab him and his huge ceiling.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Many have underrated Allen for a long time, though it may be time for the tables to turn, as I'm somewhat down on the top-tier route runner. With Tyrod Taylor and/or Justin Herbert under center, the Chargers are not going to be throwing the ball a whole lot. There were nearly 600 targets to go around last year, which could be cut down to around the 500 mark, and that would severely impact Allen's targets. Not just that, but his efficiency is likely to come down with the decline in quarterback play. His talent should help get him into WR2 territory, but I think the days of him being a WR1 are in the rearview mirror. When your team is throwing the ball just 439 times the entire season, it's going to be hard to become a consistent fantasy option. It's going to be even harder when you're a rookie who was coming off foot surgery and dealing with ankle injuries throughout the year. That was the reality for Brown, who played just 14 games, yet finished as a top-50 fantasy wide receiver. The team added a few wide receivers in the draft ,but no one who should trump him in targets. If the Ravens drop back to pass a bit more in 2020, Brown could be a legitimate breakout option, though he shouldn't be drafted as anything more than an upside WR3/4.

Hollywood Brown is a massive value because of *where* he sees his targets. @GrahamBarfield
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Allen had another strong, but inconsistent season with 1,215 yards from scrimmage and 6 touchdowns. I do not have a lot of hope for him if QB Tyrod Taylor remains the starter, that would make him a boom / bust WR3. Rookie Justin Herbert has a better arm than Taylor, but his inexperience would hurt Allen's value too.
Kyle Yates
FantasyPros
Unfortunately, Allen's fantasy outlook is pretty bleak this season. The Chargers are changing offensive philosophies and the passing volume simply isn't going to be there for Allen. In my opinion, Allen's nothing more than a low-end WR2/WR3 in 2020, which means he's being over-drafted at this point.Unfortunately, Brown doesn't exactly play in the best offense to maximize his skills for fantasy football. He has the talent to be a top-24 WR, but the Ravens simply do not pass the ball enough for him to return value. He's a boom/bust play that's best plugged in as a WR3/FLEX option on a weekly basis.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
Keenan Allen has been extraordinarily consistent over the last three years, locked into 100 receptions, 1200 yards and 6 TDs. That was good enough for a WR8 finish in half-PPR last year but it was a down year for receivers. In 2020 he gets a new QB in Tyrod Taylor and possibly at some stage Justin Herbert. It's not clear exactly how this will affect Allen's volume but I'd suggest it won't make as much difference as many think. I anticipate a solid top 12 season, higher in PPR, with the upside for more if things really click. He's a great value pick as he's going as the WR20 late in the fourth round.I won't be drafting Marquise Brown in any leagues outside Best Ball this year. His upside is massively capped by the way the Ravens run their offence and by his style as a mostly deep threat. While he'll have some massive games, he's equally likely to score you less than five points. In fact he failed to pass 23 yards in half of his starts. You can talk about injuries and regression all you like, I'll draft a guy I may at least have a chance of feeling comfortable starting.
Seth Miller
Crossroads Fantasy Football
Has always found a way to gobble up targets. Won't get a firm rank on him until a QB decision but appears to be a safe WR2. Has been on the verge of disappointing on his ADP multiple seasons, might just do it this year when he can't complain to Phil for targets, for a late season surge. Tyrod's leading WR stat line in CLE: 15 targets, 7/106 7 targets, 5/69 That concludes our sample haha. He's never had more than 3100 passing yards or 436 attempts in a season so someone is underperforming if Herbert doesn't step in, and then we're relying on a rookie QB, so...The good news: He was the leading target getter at WR. The Bad: The Ravens were 32nd in attempts in 2019, meaning Marquise had 71 targets. I do believe he can be an elite deep threat, with plenty of opportunity to gash the defense when they cheat up to sop the run but that is a narrative versus the numbers that Baltimore is most likely to repeat. He did have the screw removed from his foot this offseason so hopefully he can stay healthy. I see him as a flex play with upside, but the upside is not the ceiling in this case.. There are big Trusses in the way
