FantasyPros
Diggs had 102 receptions for 1,021 yards and 9 touchdowns last year. He is a solid WR2 that has a ton of upside in this offense as their most talented red zone wide receiver.Jacobs was in a RBBC at Alabama and he had only 120 caries last year, but he is a very talented back that should earn the lead role in Oakland. He is a high-end RB3 with upside if he can handle a starting running back role in the NFL.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's been quite the career arc for Diggs who has gone from the WR46 his rookie year, to the WR30, WR19, and then WR10 in 2018 while collecting a career-high 150 targets. That's important, as it shows his new quarterback Kirk Cousins trusts him. With Adam Thielen around, it'll be tough for him to break into the top-five, but Diggs should be considered a relatively safe low-end WR1 in fantasy circles who would have top-five upside should something happen to ThielenAny time you have a running back drafted inside the first round of the NFL Draft, you'd better consider him in fantasy football. Why? Over the last six years, first-round running backs have averaged 283.4 touches in their rookie season. While the Raiders aren't likely to be a high-scoring offense, they should be improved significantly with the talent they've added on offense. Jacobs should be a low-end RB2, at worst
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
Diggs had an incredible year overall, seeing 149 targets and setting career highs across the board with 102 catches for 1,021 yards and nine touchdowns. But his production waned late in the year as the Vikings offense focused on the run. With Gary Kubiak brought in as an offensive adviser, the hope is that the offense opens back up. But either way, Diggs should be no worse than a solid WR2 in all formats with WR1 upside. The Raiders used a first-round pick on Jacobs, so he should see a prominent role in the offense, particularly with Isaiah Crowell suffering a torn Achilles. Jacobs never had a huge workload in college, so it's unclear whether the Raiders intend to use him as a bell-cow back, especially with the re-signing of Doug Martin. Regardless, Jon Gruden's system works well for running backs, and Jacobs' pass-catching ability should give him a high floor each week. He should make a solid RB2 in all formats.
Michael Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Diggs increased his yardage output from 849 to 1021 yards over the last two years which is awesome to see. He was also eighth in the league in red zone receptions. With that being said, he remains a volatile week to week player, and his opportunities may not be as plentiful with the Vikings looking to establish the run, highlighted by the addition of Gary Kubiak.Has been told that he will be the workhorse, which makes him an appealing pick, but the Raiders offense line looks to be in bad shape. Riskier than he may seem on the surface.
Brandon Funston
The Athletic
A lot of Antonio Brown to his game - lightning quick, can work the whole field, great route runner and explosive after the catch - health and random wallflower games have been his only bugaboosThere is a massive opportunity share awaiting Jacobs in this OAK offense, both on the ground and through the air

Breaking Football
If Jacobs is going to win the starting job, he's firmly on my radar as a high upside RB2
Jason Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
The upside - In a dreadful offense last season, Marshawn Lynch, Doug Martin, Jalen Richard, and Deandre Washington ran for 1473 yards and 8 TDs. The downside - Richard is still on the team and had 68 catches for 607 yards last season. The Antonio Brown saga is also one to monitor, as having Antonio Brown on the field will obviously benefit the young RB.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Diggs still hasn't become that top-end receiver we once assumed he would become but he has steadily improved each season. If Kirk Cousins' TD-rate improves to even league-average, Diggs may make that jump into the top 10 fantasy wideouts this time around. With what seems to be no competition for the job, most anticipate Jacobs to have a huge workload. That may be the case, but we never saw him handle those type of touches or anything close in college, and Jalen Richard likely isn't going away in the passing game. While Jacobs is a safe bet for RB2 production, it might be wise to temper expectations in this offense.
Kyle Yates
The Fantasy Footballers
While underutilized at Alabama, Jacobs constantly displayed the talent that warranted his 1st round selection. He now enters an offense that is committed to running the ball and Jacobs is going to be the centerpiece. He's a well rounded running back and should be an immediate fantasy star right out of the gate.
Nick Zylak
Fantasy Football Advice
I love targeting Diggs in the late 3rd/early 4th round. He's a bit too risky to rely on as your top guy each week, but at his ADP, he won't need to. You can make him your WR1 to go with 3 stud RB's, or maybe an upside WR2 to go with 2 elite running backs. However you choose to start your draft, Diggs is an upside pick. Diggs posted over 100 receptions in his first season with Cousins, commanding a nearly 30% share of the teams air yards. He's an elite WR in the prime of his career, on an offense that has a consolidated target market share. If he can get past the lower body injuries, then he's got all the upside in the world.Josh Jacobs is an extremely interesting pick this season. At his current ADP, he's a safe pick with a decent amount of upside. I'm cool drafting him in that mid third round range...but I'm afraid his ADP will climb a bit when hard knocks is released. At any rate, we know that he's going to be used as the featured back in this offense. Teams always use their RB's when they take them in the early to mid first round, and this is especially so seeing how Jacobs was drafted with the pick they received in the Mack trade. My current projection on him is around 1,200 total yards, and 6.8 total TD's. That comes out to the 21st highest ranking among RB's. I feel comfortable ranking him higher than the RB 21, though, because of the safety. We know that he's going to be used in all aspects of the game, and we know that this offense is going to improve on its number from last season.
