| Mark Ringo Sleepers and Busts | The Bills traded up to draft Kincaid in the 1st round. That should tell you something. Kincaid is a TE in name only. He's really a WR. That's why scouts rave about him- his receiving prowess. The Bills also paid Dawson Knox big $. They fully intend to use both. It sounds like Buffalo will use more twelve personnel- (start two TEs) in 2023. The only concerns I have is how quickly Kincaid can pick up the offense and how healthy is back will be. From what I've heard, his back should be fully healthy by week one. There's a whole lot of fantasy lovin' about what Dalton "don't call him Reuben from The Partridge Family" Kincaid is bringing (including his cheap price tag- current ADP TE 27)! Come on get happy! If this pick hits, I'm going to be singing "I Think I Love You" & "Come on Get Happy" all year long haha! Come on Get Happy! Come on get Happyeee! Draft some Mr. Kincaid in 2023! Just call me Ringo Partridge haha! Sleeper | Aaron Rodgers upgrades the entire Jets offense. Conklin seems like a good bet to outperform his draft position. The only concern is the Jet's offensive line. The tackles are shaky and could require Conklin to help protect the Jets' star QB. However, at this bargain basement price, (current ADP TE 40) Conklin seems very cheap. Sleeper |

The Bills traded up two spots in the first round of the NFL Draft to land Kincaid, who was widely regarded as the best pure pass catcher in a loaded TE class. The presence of veteran TE Dawson Knox could limit Kincaid's snaps, but he should still see his fair share of targets, and those targets will be coming from one of the NFL's top quarterbacks, Josh Allen. | A low-ceiling, high-floor fantasy option, Tyler Conklin has finished TE17 and TE16 in half-point PPR fantasy scoring the last two seasons. It's possible Conklin's ceiling could get a little higher if Aaron Rodgers is starting games for the Jets in 2023. |
