| Ellis Johnson True North Fantasy Football | Juedy is one for the tougher WR's to rank. Although he has outproduced his counterpart Courtland Sutton, Steve Smith Sr. has a great breakdown of how he doesn't fit Sean Peyton's scheme. There aren't many analysts that I'll listen to when they make these claims, but Smith sr. is one of them. As a result, this ranking builds in the risk of Russell Wilson returning to form and the possibility that Jeudy will be the top target. I am not convinced of either of these things, making him come in as a WR-three in my rankings. | Perennially undervalued, Lockett is looking to finish as a top-15 WR for the sixth consecutive year. Outside of age, the only thing slowing Lockett down is the team drafting Jaxson Smith-Njigba in the first round. Targets might cone at a premium on this offense, meaning Lockett will need to maintain his ability to make big plays. |

| Derek Brown FantasyPros | Jerry Jeudy weathered the Russell Wilson stink better than Courtland Sutton in 2022. Sutton dealt with a hamstring strain down the stretch and a grossly ineffective Wilson when he decided to chuck it deep. Jeudy parlayed his 20.8% target share (35th) into a WR19 finish and a 16th ranking in yards per route run. Jeudy's lower aDOT (11.8, 40th) helped shield Jeudy from the atrocious Wilson deep ball. Jeudy was 11th in open rate (per ESPN analytics). Jeudy is a talented player who still has untapped potential in the NFL. With Sean Payton in town, we could have been a year early touting this offense as a breakout unit. Jeudy is a borderline WR2/3. | Tyler Lockett kept trucking along in his age-30 season last year, finishing with another stellar stat line. He was the WR16 in fantasy points per game, drawing a 22.8% target share (26th) and 30.5% air yard share (24th). Lockett showed little signs of slowing down, ranking 25th in PFF receiving grade and 24th in yards per route run (minimum 50 targets per PFF). He was also second in open rate behind only Diontae Johnson (per ESPN analytics). Lockett should have at least one more WR2 season left in the tank, but adding Jaxon Smith-Njigba could hurt his raw target volume. Lockett is a borderline WR2/3. |

Sean Payton should help his value immensely, if Russell Wilson can rebound from the worst season of his professional career. Jeudy is a borderline WR2/WR3 option in 2023. | There is not much difference between Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf, with Locket being the slightly better option with 80 receptions, 979 yards, and 8 TDs in 15 fantasy games. Lockett is a solid WR2 in 2023, as long as the Seahawks can bring Geno Smith back after a breakout season. |
