Arik Armstead announced he will undergo surgery this offseason on a torn meniscus. (Source: NBCSports.com)

Fantasy Impact: Armstead is still expected to be healthy for training camp as long as he doesn't suffer any setbacks in his recovery. He told reporters that he suffered the injury back in Week 13.

George Kittle was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Matt Maiocco on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said he expects Kittle to be a full-go at practice on Thursday. Despite not practicing last week, Kittle told reporters he fully expected to be good to play come Sunday and that remains the case.

Fantasy Impact: Thomas and George Kittle are the lone 49ers' players to land on the injury report following Sunday's game. They'll both have an extra week to get fully healthy for the Super Bowl against the Chiefs in two weeks.

San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel (shoulder) is set to play on Sunday in the NFC Championship Game after coming off the injury report. (Source: Omar Ruiz on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Samuel did not practice to start the week but returned to a limited capacity on Thursday. That was enough to give the 49ers confidence in his status, and he is set to play against the Detroit Lions — whose defense has struggled against passing games all season.

49ers' coach Kyle Shanahan said that Christian McCaffrey is not dealing with a quad injury. (Source: NBCSports.com)

Fantasy Impact: McCaffrey was seen on the sideline this past weekend getting his quad worked on. "...But that’s just what Christian to me always does," Shanahan told reporters. "He’s always working on his body and stuff. I was told nothing about his quad.” He still finished the game rushing for 128 yards and two touchdowns in the win over the Packers.

49ers RB Elijah Mitchell is officially active for a Week 18 matchup with the Rams.

Fantasy Impact: Mitchell was dealing with an illness to begin the week but has recovered enough to play in the regular season finale. Mitchell will draw the start with Christian McCaffrey out with a calf injury.

49ers WR Jauan Jennings is officially inactive for a Week 18 matchup with the Rams.

Fantasy Impact: Jennings is still dealing with a concussion and was listed as questionable coming into the weekend. The 26-year-old will miss his third straight game and will look to return in the playoffs.

Trent Williams was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Matt Barrows on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: It is a positive sign for Williams after leaving Monday's loss early against the Ravens. His status will be one to monitor throughout the rest of the week. It is possible he sits a game against the Commanders this weekend.

Brock Purdy is not on the injury report on Wednesday. (Source: Matt Barrows on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Purdy left Monday's game early with a stinger. He reportedly was cleared to return, but Kyle Shanahan decided to hold him out. He will look to bounce back on Sunday against a Commanders' defense allowing the most fantasy points in the league to the quarterback position.

Javon Hargrave returned to practice on Friday. (Source: Cam Inman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: It is a step in the right direction for Hargrave to return this week. If he can practice again on Saturday, he could be in line to return on Monday.

49ers DB Charvarius Ward is officially active for a Week 15 matchup with Arizona.

Fantasy Impact: Ward was listed as questionable due to a groin injury he suffered in Week 14. The 27-year-old is a key component of the 49ers’ defense and he will suit up against the Cardinals Sunday.

San Francisco WR/KR/PR Ray-Ray McCloud III is being placed on the team's injured reserve list with a rib injury. (Source: 49ers.com)

Fantasy Impact: McCloud leads the 49ers in kick returns and punt returns while playing a respectable 25% of the offensive snaps as a WR, making him a versatile role player for the 49ers. With no exact replacement, McCloud's production will likely need to be replaced in aggregate by other players. In Week 13 when McCloud was out, Ronnie Bell handled PR duties and Deebo Samuel handled KR duties, while veteran WR Chris Conley — who signed with the active roster — can fill in as a depth WR.

The 49ers have placed Drake Jackson on injured reserve with a knee injury. (Source: Eric Branch on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Jackson was limited in practice early in the week before missing Friday’s practice session entirely. The 22-year-old will focus on getting healthy and possibly returning after the minimum four-game absence.

Dre Greenlaw is officially inactive for Week 6 because of a hamstring injury. (Source: Eric Branch on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: A hamstring injury will leave Greenlaw sidelined on Sunday. It's not thought to be too serious of an issue, but he will have to miss this game while he nurses his injury. His next chance to play will come in Week 7 against the Minnesota Vikings, and the Niners' defense will feel the negative effect that his absence leaves against the Browns.

Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) is good to go for Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. (Source: Nick Wagoner on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Aiyuk was out last week thanks to a shoulder injury, but he is recovered now and will head into the weekend without an injury designation. He should play at full capacity and projects to be a strong starting option with Jauan Jennings (shin) likely out and Deebo Samuel (ribs/knee) questionable to play against Arizona.
