Titans QB Will Levis is officially inactive for a Week 18 matchup with Jacksonville.
Fantasy Impact: Levis was listed as questionable with a foot injury and will give way to Ryan Tannehill as the team’s starter in the regular season finale. Malik Willis will serve as the backup Sunday. Levis will finish his rookie season with 1,808 passing yards, eight touchdowns, and four interceptions in nine games.
Titans WR Kyle Philips is officially inactive for a Week 17 matchup with the Texans.
Fantasy Impact: Phillips was able to practice in full despite being listed on the injury report with a hamstring injury. Fantasy managers should feel comfortable leaving the 24-year-old on their league’s waiver wire.
DeAndre Hopkins was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Terry McCormick on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Hopkins is coming off a quiet game where he caught two passes for 20 yards. With Will Levis on track to return this weekend, Hopkins will be an upside WR2 play for fantasy managers.
Tennessee Titans rookie TE Trevon Wesco (shin) will not be active against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 16. (Source: Tennessee Titans on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Wesco is dealing with a shin injury that kept him out of practice on Wednesday and Thursday before a limited Friday session. However, he won't be able to go despite being questionable, his first missed game of the season. While Wesco plays a solid snap share, he is hardly involved in the passing game. QB, Will Levis, WR Kyle Philips, OL Daniel Brunskill, DL TK McClendon and DBs Sean Murphy-Bunting and K'Von Wallace will all be inactive.
Chigoziem Okonkwo was not at practice on Friday for the Titans. (Source: Jim Wyatt on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Onkonkwo was not on the injury report prior to Friday, so it is not known what his injury is or why he was not at practice. He is off the fantasy radar nonetheless.
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (hand) has been placed on injured reserve and is done for the 2023 season. (Source: Aaron Wilson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: The 26-year-old had played in all 14 games so far, emerging as the Titans' No. 2 receiver over Treylon Burks and Kyle Philips. He caught 28 passes for 370 yards and three touchdowns. While Burks and Philips should see more snaps in his absence, neither pass-catcher is a reliable fantasy option. DeAndre Hopkins remains the only Titans wide receiver who should be rostered and started in traditional 12-team redraft leagues.
Ryan Tannehill is expected to take first-team reps in practice on Wednesday. (Source: Terry McCormick on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Will Levis is not practicing and it seems unlikely he will play after spraining his ankle this past weekend. Tannehill would get the start on Sunday against the Seahawks if Levis is sidelined.
Treylon Burks is not practicing on Wednesday. It’s unknown what injury or what reason is keeping out.
Fantasy Impact: Burks suffered a concussion several weeks ago, but he had been cleared for contact since. He caught all three of his targets for 62 yards last week, and should he play against the Seattle he’ll fill the No.2 wide receiver role for the Titans once again.
Derrick Henry (rest) logged a full practice on Friday and will be good to go for Week 15. (Source: Terry McCormick on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Henry was limited at practice earlier in the week as the team gave him time to rest and recover, but he practiced in full on Friday and will be good to go for the team's game in Week 15. He has a great matchup against the Texans, and he seems to be getting set up to have a great performance in the first week of the fantasy playoffs.
Titans DL Jeffery Simmons is officially inactive for a Week 14 matchup with the Dolphins.
Fantasy Impact: The move isn’t a surprise considering he was originally expected to miss a few weeks after suffering the injury in Week 13. Simmons’ absence is a massive loss for a defensive line that could use all the help it can get against Miami.
Andre Dillard has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. (Source: John Glennon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Dillard suffered the concussion last week and was unable to return in time for this week's game. His absence leads to the Titans offensive line taking a hit this weekend.
Titans RB Tyjae Spears (ankle) was a limited participant in Monday’s practice. (Source: John Glennon on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact: The practice report was estimated since the Titans’ held a walk through Monday, so it will be important to see Spears’ participation level on Tuesday. Fantasy managers will need to keep an eye on Spears status for Thursday’s game at Pittsburgh.
Titans WR Chris Moore (concussion) has cleared protocol and is eligible to play Sunday against the Falcons. (Source: TennesseeTitans.com)
Fantasy Impact: Moore exited the Titans’ game in Week 6 with a concussion. With the Titans coming off their bye week, Moore had plenty of time to recover and get cleared. Fantasy managers will want to look elsewhere this week as the Titans are expected to utilize Will Levis and Malik Willis with Ryan Tannehill ruled out.

Titans CB Roger McCreary (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s matchup with the Falcons. (Source: Terry McCormick on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact: McCreary was limited on Wednesday and did not practice Thursday due to a hamstring injury. CB Eric Garror would likely fill in as the nickel corner should McCreary not be able to suit up.
Titans TE Josh Whyle (concussion) has officially been ruled out for Sunday’s game with the Falcons. (Source: Terry McCormick on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact: Whyle did not practice this week due to a concussion and has not cleared the league’s protocols. Fantasy managers should expect Chigoziem Okonkwo to see additional snaps at tight end in Whyle’s absence.
Harold Landry is expected to play Week 1 after rehabbing a torn ACL. (Source: Jordan Schultz from Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Landry is going into his sixth year. The 27-year-old made his first Pro Bowl appearance in 2021 but missed all of 2022 with a torn ACL. In 2021, he nabbed 12.5 sacks along with 75 total tackles.
Arden Key will practice is some capacity on Wednesday according to head coach Mike Vrabel. (Source: Terry McCormick on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Key has been dealing with a calf issue, but it is a good sign that he will be on the practice field Wednesday. The 27-year-old pass rusher is expected to be a significant contributor this season after inking a three-year deal in free agency.
Hassan Haskins (hip) is officially listed as questionable to play against the Jaguars in Week 14. He was limited in practice on Friday. (Source: Turron Davenport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Haskins was inactive last week and hasn't logged a touch since Week 9. He belongs on waivers in all fantasy leagues.
Randy Bullock (calf) was a full participant in practice Wednesday. (Source: Turron Davenport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact: Bullock has been dealing with a right calf injury that he suffered during warmups in Week 10. After being listed as questionable most of last week before being ruled out, all signs point to the veteran kicker returning to the field in Week 13 against the Eagles.
The Tennessee Titans have listed LB Bud Dupree as inactive for TNF against the Green Bay Packers. (Source: Tennessee Titans on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Dupree will miss his second game in a row and his fourth this season with a hip injury. Dupree has three sacks this season, so the Titans will need to rely on defensive depth against a solid Packers OL. Among other inactives are K Randy Bullock, DB Elijah Molden and Amani Hooker, C Ben Jones, TE Kevin Rader and DL Naquan Jones.
