Jon McClain of the Houston Chronicle reports that rookie free safety Lonnie Ballintine ("Mr. Irrelevant") has been placed on injured reserve. (Houston Chronicle)
Fantasy Impact:
Ballintine is an intriguing athlete but a raw talent. He was expected to compete for playing time at free safety with veterans Chris Clemons and Kendrick Lewis. He may be a name worth remembering for IDP leagues in 2015.
