Curtis Samuel, among other rookies, signed by Panthers

Curtis Samuel (WR - BUF)

With their first-round pick locked up earlier, the Panthers have also signed four other draft picks. Those four are WR Curtis Samuel, OL Taylor Moton, DE Daeshon Hall, and FB Alex Armah. (Panthers)

Fantasy Impact
Samuel is a speedy receiver that could be a gadget player and deep threat similar to Ted Ginn. He will be fighting for playing time along with Devin Funchess and other unproven pass catchers. Moton isn't a flashy player, but he could prove to be a solid performer on an offensive line in need of guys like that. Hall adds depth on the edge, behind Charles Johnson and Julius Peppers, and will look to help a formerly stout defense bounce back after a rough year. Armah could play anywhere, but he'll most likely compete for time at fullback, where the Panthers don't have an established starter. He has the size to be a decent blocker and was also one of the better pass catchers available in the sixth.
