After visiting with the team last week during minicamp, Decker signed with the Titans Sunday, almost as expected. The veteran wideout's addition is yet another weapon added to Marcus Mariota's arsenal this offseason with the hopes of having a breakout year in 2017. Decker will likely open the season as Tennessee's No. 3 wideout behind Rishard Matthews and Corey Davis, sending Tajae Sharpe to the WR4 spot. Decker should be viewed in the WR3 tier entering fantasy draft prep season.
