Jackson and C.J. Spiller got the same amount of carries, but Spiller did far more with them. In a crowded backfield, Jackson delivers value only if he scores touchdowns, and he hasn't yet this year. He's a passable PPR flex, but keep him on your bench otherwise unless Spiller gets hurt.
