This is a huge downgrade in Buffalo's receiving corps. Matthews was struggling to keep a starting job in Philadelphia, and now he replaces one of the best young receivers in the NFL. However, the hit on Taylor's fantasy value might not be that great, as he was already a low-volume passer whose value is mainly defined by his league-leading rushing ability. That alone keeps him a solid fantasy backup.
