The Bears defense could be good, if they were ever healthy at the same time. When on the field, McPhee has been one of the better linebackers in the game, particularly when it comes to pass rushing. The PUP designation means that he cannot play in the first six games of the season. He was apparently close to returning, so he should be good to go once his six games is up. The Bears are going to struggle if they can't get pressure on Matt Ryan in Week 1.
