Sanford signs with Redskins

Former Vikings safety Jamarca Sanford has signed with the Redskins, according to Pro Football Talk. Sanford, a 2009 seventh-round pick of the Vikings, started 13 games with Minnesota in 2013. (Pro Football Talk via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Although Brandon Meriweather has returned from suspension, the Redskins needed to add depth after Duke Ihenacho was placed on season-ending IR. For now, Sanford has no fantasy value.
