Rob Kelley unlikely to play Week 3

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting Washingon Redskins running back Rob Kelley (ribs) is not expected to play Week 3. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Kelly is dealing with fractured ribs suffered last week against the Rams. As a result, he practiced in a limited capacity this week and is unlikely to play Sunday night against the Raiders. Since this game is the Sunday night finale, Kelley's fantasy owners are left in a difficult spot with his playing status. However, with the slight emergence of Samaje Perine, there is a good chance a banged up Kelley would lose snaps to the rookie even if he is active. Kelley is not a startable fantasy asset for Week 3.
