That's more than fantasy owners can say. Taylor began the season with a weak receiving corps, and now he's lost his top two downfield threats, Clay and Jordan Matthews, for multiple weeks. He's droppable in one-QB leagues, as there are probably better streaming options if you need a quarterback.
