If you're shallow at receiver, then it's probably best to include Decker, because if he stays healthy throughout the whole game he should see plenty of balls thrown his way. If he's a borderline starter, however, then Decker may be too much of a risk. Health issues aside, Decker will be fed by subpar quarterback Geno Smith. Proceed with caution.
