It was a far from impressive return to action for Winston, who fumbled twice, losing the ball once which led to a Green Bay score. The Tampa Bay offense has been a mess all season, with poor offensive line play and penalties that prevent them from getting into a rhythm. The fact that the Bucs average more points on the road than at home doesn't bode well for next week when they host Detroit.
