Schefter is adding that it was only last week in which multiple sources claimed that Brady would indeed play in 2018, and Yee's recent remarks only further back up that notion. However, because Brady is entering his age-41 campaign, which is his 19th season, and the fact that New England is in need at the quarterback position since they only employ Brian Hoyer behind Brady, I fully expect the Patriots to address the void in Thursday's NFL Draft. While I believe Brady will play until season No. 20, I also believe his successor will be on New England's roster in the very near future.
