Jeff Janis 'looks very solid'

Jeff Janis (WR - FA)

Browns beat writer Terry Pluto from The Plains Dealer wrote that he's been impressed with free-agent addition Jeff Janis, who "looks solid," according to the article. "I can see him having some value as a possession receiver." (The Plains Dealer )

Fantasy Impact
This is the time of year that Janis tends to shine, as his preseason scoring prowess is well known. Janis was limited to mostly special teams duties for the Packers, playing just 50 snaps on offense in 2017. With Josh Gordon and Corey Coleman locks on the outside and Jarvis Landry in the slot, the best Janis can hope for is to beat out Rashard Higgins, Ricardo Louis, and rookie Antonio Callaway for No. 4 wideout duties in a Tyrod Taylor-led offense. It might be hard for some dynasty zealots to accept, but Janis is barely hanging on to fringe dynasty value and can be ignored in redraft leagues.
