Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Preston Brown worked out like a cornerback with defensive backs coach Preston Hale III over the winter in Chandler, Arizona in an effort to pick off more passes. (Cincinnati Enquirer)

Brown, 25, spent the past four seasons with Buffalo and logged 512 combined tackles in 64 games played with the Bills. While Brown only picked off three passes during his time with the Bills, the pairing with new Bengals defensive coordinator Teryl Austin affords the linebacker to take more calculated chances intercepting the football.
