Fantasy Impact:
When the Eagles signed Nelson to a one-year, $2.25 million contract in the offseason, the hope was he would fill the starting job vacated by the release of Mychal Kendricks. Clearly, it hasn’t worked out that way. The emergence of Nate Gerry and Kamu Grugier-Hill made it possible to move on from Nelson.
