The Miami Dolphins declared fourth-round rookie running back Kalen Ballage INACTIVE for the club's Week 1 opener against the Titans. Ballage recently passed through the league's concussion protocol, so the rookie is simply a healthy scratch. The Dolphins will trot out Kenyan Drake and Frank Gore, as expected.
