Collins turned in a slow rushing day for the second consecutive game this season. He salvaged his fantasy day with his receiving line but Collins is not performing like the RB2 he was drafted to be. The Ravens got behind early against the Bengals, which led to them abandoning the run for a pass-heavy offensive attack. Collins will take on the Denver Broncos in Week 3, where he will be an RB3 in fantasy.
