The team waived former kicker Dan Carlson after his disastrous weekend. Bailey was formerly the most accurate kicker in the game prior to struggling to return from a groin injury, which resulted in the Cowboys cutting him prior to the start of the season. He'll get another shot, and he immediately becomes fantasy relevant given his history and the team he'll be suiting up for.
