Bruce Carter again runs hot and cold

Carter blocked a punt in the first quarter but also finished with only one tackle against the Bears.
Fantasy Impact:
Carter's solo effort ties his low point in tackles for the year, matching his Week 2 performance. The hope for the Cowboys, and highly risky fantasy owners, is that he responds to a weak tackling performance in Week 15 like he did in Week 3; Carter had 12 tackles, an interception, and a touchdown in a Week 3 victory over the Rams. Carter does have the potential for big plays, but his lack of consistency makes it highly unlikely that he will even get enough playing time to make any difference for the Cowboys.
