This news is great for Bortles and opposing defenses, but that's about all. Cody Kessler was far more effective on Sunday against the Texans, and Bortles has a tough draw in Week 8 against the Eagles. Bortles should be on a short leash yet again, so clearly, fantasy owners have better options this week.
