Robert Turbin (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Zak Keefer of The Indianapolis Star reports. (Zak Keefer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Turbin also missed the game in Week 7 but could be back by Week 10 as the Colts are on a bye Week 9. The veteran running back has been slipping down the depth chart and will have a tough time finding playing time when he is healthy. Fantasy owners should be moving on from Turbin.
