With Joe Flacco continuing to miss practice with his hip injury, Jackson and Robert Griffin III are the two candidates to start on Sunday against the Bengals. Although it's unclear who the frontrunner is at the moment, Jackson missing practice obviously doesn't bode well for him getting the nod even if Flacco does miss the game.
