After signing with the Saints just this week, veteran wide receiver Brandon Marshall will not be active this week against the Eagles. Marshall still needs a little more time to get up to speed with Sean Payton's complex playbook and terminology. The Saints host the Falcons in a juicy Thanksgiving night matchup next week.
