Terrance Mitchell designated for return from IR

The Browns announced Wednesday that they have designated cornerback Terrance Mitchell (wrist) for return from injured reserve. He can practice with the team but will not be eligible to play in a game until Week 14. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Mitchell recorded 19 tackles, two forced fumbles and an interception in four starts before landing on IR with a broken wrist.
