Reggie Nelson lands on IR

The Raiders placed veteran safety Reggie Nelson on injured reserve Wednesday with a shoulder injury. His season is over. (Michael Gehlken on Twitter )

Nelson injured his shoulder in last Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs. He finishes the season with 29 tackles and two interceptions in 11 games.
