Thus ends a brutal rookie season for the 21-year-old signal caller. Rosen finishes the year with an 11/14 TD/INT ratio. He completed just over 55% of his passes. Rosen didn't get much help from his coaching staff but the early returns haven't been encouraging no matter how you slice it up. Rosen will needed a coaching upgrade and receiver help to have fantasy value in 2019.
