Mayock has become known for his time as an NFL Draft analyst on television. He'll join Jon Gruden, who of course also spent significant time in front of a camera prior to returning to coaching in 2018. This franchise returned to joke status this season, but Mayock and Gruden will try to turn it around in 2019. They have plenty of draft capital and salary cap space to make major changes.
