Chris Herndon caught one of his three targets for eight yards in the Jets' Week 17 loss to the Patriots.
Fantasy Impact
Herndon far exceeded expectations this season, especially as a rookie tight end with off-field questions. There's little competition at the position on the roster, and the Jets have many needs other than TE, so expect Herndon to be a significant part of the offense in 2019, and he looks likely to be a viable back-end TE1 at this point.
