Brown is headed to free agency after a quiet finish to a season that started with promise. After failing to make much noise in the last few years, Brown doesn't figure to draw immense interest on the open market, and will likely end up as a role player on a new team in 2019. He'll most likely have little appeal for fantasy purposes.
