It's a one-year deal that could be worth up to $3.25 million and includes a $350,000 signing bonus for Clay, who was released by the Bills last week after a four-year tenure with the club. Following five straight seasons with at least 49 receptions, 528 yards receiving and two touchdowns, Clay's numbers plummetted in 2018, finishing the year with a 21/184/0 line. Clay will add depth behind Ricky Seals-Jones.
