Schefter adds the deal could eventually become a fifth-round pick. Howard was a poor fit for coach Matt Nagy’s offense last year and there have been reports all off-season the Bears were looking to trade him. Philadelphia is an interesting landing spot for him considering it’s a good offense, but he still offers nothing in the passing game. Meanwhile the recently signed Mike Davis is set up for a bigger role in Chicago.
