The 49es Twitter announced that the team has waived TE Niles Paul. (Pro Football Talk on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
In a corresponding move, the 49ers claimed fellow TE Daniel Helm from the Chargers. Paul should catch on elsewhere but the journeyman may have a difficult time finding work on a Week 1 53.
