Tom Brady completed 8-of-12 pass attempts for 75 yards and rushed once for three yards in the Patriots' preseason win over the Panthers.
Fantasy Impact
Brady played relatively limited action, which should not be a surprise, nor a concern. The aging QB will be under center Week 1 and should be in good form. However, the Patriots have a dicey pass-catching corps at best and Brady has not been as sharp as his prime. He's more of a QB2 in fantasy football than a QB1 this season, thanks in part due to the expected run-pass splits for the Patriots.
